Clifton (NG11)'s dominated by the large post-war estate south of the Trent, with rows of semis and terraces built in the 60s and 70s. The plumbing's mostly aging now, we'll see corroded pipes, tired boilers, and drains that weren't built to handle modern usage with dishwashers and power showers.
The estate layout means some properties share drainage runs, and blockages in one house can back up into the next. We've cleared plenty of shared drains clogged with wet wipes, sanitary products, and grease. The heating systems in these houses are often original or close to it,back boilers, single-glazed radiators, and no room thermostats. We've upgraded dozens to modern combi boilers with smart controls. The newer builds near Farnborough Road are better spec'd, but still call us for the usual fixes.
Clifton's a straightforward run across the Trent from our base. We know the estate well, every street layout, every common fault. If you're in council housing, we can work with the housing association. If you've bought under Right to Buy, we'll sort you out direct. We deploy either employed plumbers or approved subcontractors across NG11.
