We're open Mon-Thurs 8:30am-6pm, Fri 9am-4pm. Call during these hours to book emergency repairs, and we'll dispatch an engineer. Phones are not answered outside these times.
What does the 12-month guarantee cover?
Our 12-month guarantee is included with our membership plan. Members also get £50 off all our services (appliance, plumbing, drainage, boiler, and electrical repairs and installations), discounts on parts, £80 off our appliance store, and priority service. All parts and labour are guaranteed. If the same fault comes back within 12 months, we'll fix it again at no extra cost.

Simple jobs like fixing a dripping tap or unblocking a toilet usually take under an hour. Bigger jobs get quoted upfront before we start, so you'll know exactly what you're paying. We're open Mon-Thurs 8:30am-6pm, Fri 9am-4pm.
Do I need a plumber or can I fix it myself?
Tightening a loose tap handle or bleeding a radiator? You can do that yourself with a spanner and a radiator key. But anything involving pipework, gas appliances, or drainage should be left to a professional.
